 Sometimes I can become stuck. Lots of blue paintings, lots of roses, or many dark colors. Luckily, I have great inspiration. One being nature, of course- whatever is in season; another form of inspiration comes from many of your wonderful blogs from both artists and interior designers; the third being your questions and requests. Lately, I've been asked if I could go lighter by several of you.... So, thank you, and here they are. I think I'm going to go it a bit lighter next time. I hope your season is full of inspiration also.

I've found that simplifying my life can be complicated and messy at first, but I am getting into the swing of things and finding my way around raising chickens, keeping bees, organic gardening and teaching art.

During winter break, I started my coop plans--all the things coops had to have and the best way to build it so that that it would not be something my neighbors would mind seeing as they step outside their houses. I must add that I have the BEST neighbors in the world.
