Ready for Spring

Pink Tulips in Antique Vase,  Oil on 5"x6" Linen Panel
Pink Tulips Still Life,  Oil on 4"x6" Linen Panel

  1. Very Pretty but may I ask why they are all drawn on such small panels?

  2. Thank you for your visit and your wonderful compliments. I am a full time Spanish teacher. I paint late at night when my kiddos are in bed and in the weekends between lesson plans, laundry, cooking and all the other family things. Small pieces allow me to complete work in those times. If they are too large, by the time I come back to them I would be tired of it.
I am also a jewelry maker and love small things. :)

  3. PS, I am hoping this summer to work on several bigger pieces that I started a long time ago. Wish me luck.

  4. Excusite! So very talented you are.
    Best wishes from Denmark,

  5. Thank you, Mathias. I imagine it so wonderful to live in Denmark...such beautiful art.
